For centuries such crimes were committed against millions of victims around the world, yet few of the perpetrators have been brought to justice. Now, with the establishment of the world's first permanent International Criminal Court, individuals will be held accountable for the most serious atrocities against human dignity: war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide. In addition, the Court will also deal with the crime of aggression once it is defined.

ျမန္မာ စစ္အစိုးရ၏ စစ္ရာဇဝတ္မႈမ်ားႏွင့္ လူသား မ်ိဳးႏြယ္ အေပၚ က်ဴးလြန္သည့္ ရာဇဝတ္ မႈမ်ားကို စံုစမ္း စစ္ေဆးမည့္ လြတ္လပ္ေသာ ကုလသမဂၢ စံုစမ္း စစ္ေဆးေရး ေကာ္မရွင္ ဖြဲ႔စည္းေရးကို အေမရိကန္ ျပည္ေထာင္စုက ေထာက္ခံရန္ ဆံုးျဖတ္လိုက္ၿခင္းအေပၚ ႏုိင္ငံတကာေရာက္ ၿမန္မာမ်ား၊ ႏုိင္ငံတကာ လူ႔အခြင့္အေရးလႈပ္ရွားမႈ အဖြဲ႔အစည္းမ်ားက အၿပည့္အ၀ ေထာက္ခံေၾကာင္းထုတ္ေဖာ္ ၿပသရန္ မိမိတုိ႔ေနထုိင္ရာႏုိင္ငံမ်ားတြင္ ဆႏၵၿပပြဲမ်ား က်င္းပၿပဳလုပ္ ၾကေတာ့မည္ၿဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ၾကားသိရပါသည္။

ႏုိင္ငံတကာေရာက္ ၿမန္မာၿပည္ဖြား ညီအကုိ ေမာင္ႏွမမ်ားခင္ဗ်ာ-ၿမန္မာၿပည္ကုိ စစ္ကြ်န္ဇာတ္သြင္းေနတဲ့ နအဖ စစ္ဗုိလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေဟာင္းမ်ား၊ စစ္ဗုိလ္ခ်ဳပ္သစ္ေတြရဲ႕ လူသား မ်ိဳးႏြယ္ အေပၚ က်ဴးလြန္ခဲ့သည့္ ရာဇဝတ္ မႈမ်ားရပ္တန္႔ဖုိ႔၊ ၈ ေလးလုံး၊ ဒီပဲယင္း၊ေရႊ၀ါေရာင္ ဒီမုိကေရစီေရးေတာင္းဆုိမႈအေရအခင္းေတြ၊ နားဂစ္သဘာ၀ေဘး ကပ္ဆုိးၾကီးေတြမွာ ရာဇ၀တ္မႈေတြက်ဴးလြန္ခဲ့ၿပီး ရာဇ၀တ္ ေဘးက ေရွာင္ေျပး ေနၾကတဲ့ ျမန္မာ ႏုိင္ငံက စစ္ရာဇဝတ္ေကာင္ေတြကို အေရးယူႏုိင္ဖုိ႔ မိမိတုိ႔ေရာက္ရာေနရာကေန ၀ုိင္း၀န္းေဆာင္ရြက္ၾကပါလုိ႔ တုိက္တြန္းလုိက္ပါတယ္
