46th Birthday Anniversary of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi

Burmese Democracy Activists (New Zealand) held the 46th Birthday Anniversary of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi. The activists donated blood at the Central blood Bank Auckland on 9th June. On next day 20th June, the activists celebrated the 46th birthday ceremony for Burmese democracy leader and 1991 Nobel Peace Prize winner Daw Aung San Suu Kyi.
They offered breakfast to the Buddhist monks and shared merit with Burmese community families before ceremony at the Zambu Aye monastery.
First, talked about aim and objective of birthday by master of ceremony. The democracy activist’s families’ children talked about Daw Aung San Suu Kyi’s biography and her political activities and gave the prizes to them after the competition. Children cut the birthday cake and sang the happy birthday song also prayed and saluted ( “long live Daw Aung San Suu Kyi”) all participated people in the end of ceremony.
